4. Who receives your data

5. How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as needed to service the booking and then for up to 6 years, in line with limitation periods for contractual claims and accounting requirements. Support correspondence is kept for up to 2 years after the matter is closed. Advertising click identifiers are kept no longer than 90 days after the stay completes.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses a small number of first-party cookies and browser storage: to keep you signed in to Manage-your-booking, to remember your display-currency choice, to carry an in-progress booking between pages, and to hold the advertising click identifier described above. We do not run third-party advertising or social-media trackers on the site. Payment pages load components from Stripe, which sets cookies necessary for secure payment and fraud prevention.

7. Your rights

Under UK data-protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] — we respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access to production systems is restricted and credential-controlled, and card details are handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor.

9. Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. Significant changes affecting an existing booking will be notified to the email address on the booking.
